Newspaper Clippings

I needed to do something crazy tonight so I cut my own hair! It was - liberating.

Anyway, I was inspired to do a few self portraits. I shot some references with my webcam and started painting! Originally the first one was supposed to have hands holding out the hair and scissors cutting it, but ... after the fiasco that was the hand in the second portrait I decided to just leave it as is.

I'm a little disappointed that the size and lighting came out so different.
